(1) The certificate of registration to ·be delivered by the Registrar General under section 8 of the Ordinance shall be in
Form C in the First Schedule.
(2) Every such certificate shall be prepared and signed in
original and duplicate and the duplicate shall be retained by the
· Registrar General and filed by him. Such duplicates so filed
shall constitute a register of certificates.
