Section 29, Cap 11

The Supreme Court shall have the power to order abarrister and solicitor to deliver a statement of fees, charges, disbursements, expenses and remuneration for work done by him on behalf of a client in a non-contentious matter, as in a contentious matter and to make all orders for the taxation of costs of a barrister and solicitor in any contentious or non-contentious matter, and for the delivery up of any deed, document or paper in the possession, custody or power of a barrister and solicitor.
