Section 9, The Notaries Public Short title

Any Notary or ot;her person, who wilfully certifies or P~n£alty ford £ 1 d h f d 1 l nus easance. propoun s any a se statement or ocument, or w o rau u ent y and with intent to deceive conceals, withholds or perverts any fact or document pertinent to the subject of a protest or other notarial act, shall be liable on conviction before the Supreme Court to imprisonment for two years.
