Section 10, The Prevention of Cruelty to Children Ordinance

Any person who procures or attempts to procure any childnot being a common prostitute, or of known immoral character, ,, Prevention of Cruelty to Children [Cap. 31 to have unlawful carnal connection, either within or without the Queen's dominio~s, .shall be guilty of misdemeanour, .and ~hall be liable on conviCtiOn before the Supreme Court to Imprisonruent for any period not exceeding two years, with or without hard labour.
