Section 8, The Prevention of Cruelty to Children Ordinance

If any person having the custody, charge, or care of a childabove the age of four allows that child to reside in or to frequent a brothel, he shall be guilty of an offence, and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding twenty-five pounds, or alternatively, or in default of payment of such fine, or in addition thereto, to imprisonment, with or without hard labour, for any period not exceeding six months.
