(1) The Agency shall, when funds become available,establish offices in each provincial headquarters to be headed by
senior officers of the Agency designated by the Chief Executive
Officer.
(2) The Chief Executive Officer shall ensure that there is
co-ordination between the provincial offices and the national office.
