Section 17, Export Promotion Agency Act, 2007

The activities of the Agency shall be financed by a fundconsisting of–
(a) moneys appropriated by Parliament for the
purposes of the Agency; and
(b) gifts, grants or donations from any person,
body or organization made for the purposes
of the Agency.
