Section 18, Export Promotion Agency Act, 2007

(1) The Agency shall keep proper books of account andproper records in relation to them in a form approved by the Auditor-
General.
(2) The books of account shall, within three months after
the end of each financial year be audited by the Auditor-General or
an auditor appointed by him.
