(2) A minor forest prod~ licence11hall be in the form setoul in the Twelfth Schedule. (3) A minor forest produce lioonce shall be valid for such preriod not exceeding one year or as may be stated therein. (4) A minor forest produce licence shtlfbe subje<1t to the folfowing conditions, in additioo to IW:Y othct conditions that the licensing officer may specify then::in- (a) only the kind and quantity of minor forest produce ,natt,d in the licence may be taken ; (b) minor forest produce shall be taken only from the locations stat.ed in the licence.
