N l-t]00-0 RANT NO 501635II ENIL{NCING E CIENCY AIID SUST AINAI}ILITY OF AR'IISAN ALAND 590015 SNIALI.SCALE GTIIROU GII CLIIVI ATE SMAR'I'AC'I'IONS .LETTEROF AGREEMENT The country Manager for Sierra Leone country offrce (the *country Managef') should download and print two (2) conies of the attached Letter of Agreement (the " Agreement") on ordinary white paper; The Country Manager should sign page 2, and initial the bottom left hand comer of each page of the Agreement (including the cover and lnnexes but excluding the signature page of both copies of the Agreement), PLEASE DO NoT DATE THE LETTER AGREEMENT AS IT IS ALREADY DATED ON PAGE I; Both copies of the Agreement should then be ransmitted to the Minister of Finance , Minisky of Finance of the Republic of Sierra Leone , who should initial the bottom right hand corner ofeach page (including cover and anneres but excluding the signature page of both copies of the Agreement); The Minister of Finance should SIGN AND DATE PAGE 3 in the appropriate space provided above his name and title; The Minister of Finance should return the Agreement to the Counky Manager ; When the above procedure is completed, the representatives of Republic of Sierra Leone, should each be given one (l) original copy of the duly signed and initialed Agreement, and they witl frll and sigr the form for acknowledgement of receipt of original copy of the Agreement; The duly signed Agreernent will be scarured by the Sierra Leone country ofhce and sent to PGCL 1 via e-mail; PGCL I will undertake SAP formalities on the basis ofthe scanned agreement; and One (1) original copy of the duly signed and initialed Agreement must be retained by the Country Manager, and transmitted to Abidjan for binding and records, together with the above-mentioned signed acknowledgement of receipt forms.
