(1) The Commission shall have, in addition to the Executive Secretary, a secretariat consisting of a Secretary, Finance
Officer, Administrative Officer and such other additional technical
and administrative staff, as may be required for the efficient
performance of the functions of the Commission.
(2) The staff of the Commission shall be recruited by the
Board subject to such terms and conditions as the Board shall
determine.
(3) All such recruitments shall be consistent with the
guidelines of the Public Service Commission and any other related
Labour Laws.
