(1) The activities of the Commission shall be financed byfunds consisting of -
(a) monies appropriated by Parliament for the
purposes of the Commission;

(b) monies given to the Commission by way of
gifts, endowments, bequest, grant or other
contributions by persons and organisations
for the purposes of the Commission;
(c) all other monies which may, from time to time
accrue to the Commission.
(2) The funds of the Commission shall be applied only
for the purposes of the approved budget of the Commission.
