(1) Action or other proceedings shall not lie or beinstituted against any member of the Board or member of a committee
of the Board for or in respect of any act or thing done or omitted to
be done in the exercise of his functions under this Act.
(2) A member of the Board shall not be personally liable
for any debt or obligation of the Commission.
