Section 8, The Trade Marks Act, 2014

(1) An application for registration of a collective markshall designate the trade mark as a collective mark and be accompanied with a copy of the regulations governing the use of the collective (2) Sections 4, 5, 6,7,9,10,11 and 14 shall, with the necessary changes apply to collective marks. (3) The registered owner of a collective mark shall notify the Registrar of any changes made in the regulations.
