Section 25, The Payment Systems Act, 2009

(1) A transfer is executed at the time specified in the rulesof the system concerned.
(2) Once executed, a transfer is irrevocable, without
prejudice to any remedies that may exist to recover an equivalent
amount of the transfer in the case of fraud, mistake or similar vitiating
factors.
