(1) The Central Bank may in writing, delegate all or any ofits functions or powers under this Act to a person who holds any of
the following offices:–
(a) Governor of the Central Bank;
(b) Deputy Governor of the Central Bank;
(c) Head of a department of the Central Bank.
(2) The Governor of the Central Bank may in writing,
delegate any of the Governor’s functions or powers under this Act to
a person who holds any of the following offices:–
(a) Deputy Governor of the Central Bank;
(b) Head of a Department of the Central Bank;
