Section 38, The Payment Systems Act, 2009

Where, under this Act, the Central Bank is required orpermitted to publish notice of a matter in the Gazette or to take particular action by notice published in the Gazette, the Central Bank may also publish notice of the matter or of the taking of the action, in any other way it considers appropriate, including by electronic means.
