Section 37, The Payment Systems Act, 2009

(1) Upon the determination or variation of a standard,the Central Bank shall– (a) cause a notice to be published in the Gazette– (i) advising of the action; (ii) summarising its purpose and effect; and (b) take reasonable steps to ensure that the participants in the system concerned are informed of the action. (2) Upon the revocation of a standard, the Central Bank shall– (a) cause a notice advising of the revocation to be published in the Gazette; and (b) take reasonable steps to ensure that the participants in the system concerned are informed of the action.
