Section 25, The Breast-Milk Substitutes Act, 2021

(1) In addition to Inspectors appointed undersubsection (2) of section 5, public health officers appointed under the Public Health Act and any other person upon whom the functions of maintenance of law and order is vested by law shall be deemed to be an Inspector for the purposes of this Act. (2) An inspector may, for the purpose of enforcing this Act, at all reasonable times, enter and inspect a place in which he believes, on reasonable grounds that - (a) a designated product is or has been produced, manufactured stored, packaged, sold or used; (b) there is anything used in the production, manufacture, testing, packaging, promotion or sale of a designated product; (c) there is information relating to the production, manufacture, testing, packaging, promotion or sale of a designated product; (d) a person is, in any way, contravening this Act. (3) An Inspector shall, after each inspection, submit a report including any finding of a violation of this Act to the
