(1) The Chief Medical Examiner shall be entitled to suchsalary,allowances, gratuity and pension as may be determined by
Parliament and such entitlements shall not be varied to his
disadvantage.
(2) The Chief Medical Examiner shall also be entitled to
such privileges, rights and other terms and conditions of office as
may be stated in his letter of appointment.
