Section 11, The Public Emergency, Regulations, 2015.

(1) Where a person dies of the ebola disease– (a) the Ministry responsible for health shall give the necessary clearance for the burial of the dead person; (b) a death certificate shall be issued by the appropriate authority before burial of the dead person; (c) the dead person shall be buried by the authorised persons in the area in which the death occurs.
