Section 12, The Public Emergency, Regulations, 2015.

(1) A person who operates a hospital or clinic notregistered and licensed in accordance with the Medical and Dental
Council Act shall cease to operate such hospital or Clinic.
(2) A person who contravenes sub-regulation (1) commits
an offence and is liable on conviction to a term of imprisonment not
less than two years.
(3) Sub-regulation (2) shall be without prejudice to any
sanction provided for in any other enactment.
