(1) A person shall not export seed unless he obtains theauthorisation of the Controller of Seeds.
(2) A notice to export seeds shall be submitted in
accordance with Form 23 as set out in the Seventh Schedule
(3) The Controller of Seeds shall regulate the export of
seeds of any crop and cultivar.
