(1) An applicant for variety release shall submit a writtenapplication to the Secretary of the Variety Release and Registration Committee. (2) An application under sub- regulation (1) shall be accompanied by an application fee as set out in the Sixth Schedule to cover the costs of multi-location testing or evaluation tests and all relevant documentation including the application for the distinctness, uniformity and stability test and completing Form 21 of the SeventhSchedule.
