(1) Seed lots which have been sampled and tested underthese regulations shall be controlled grown in accordance with instructions issued by the Agency. (2) The Agency shall prepare a report on each control growth carried out under these regulations as set out in Form 18 of the Seventh Schedule. (3) Notwithstanding sub-regulations (1) and (2), control growth for all crops prescribed in the First Schedule and of higher classes shall be compulsory.
