Section 141: Defence Council.

(1) There shall be a Defence Council which shall consist of— a) the President, who shall be Chairman; b) the Vice-Presidents; c) the Minister responsible for Defence; d) the Chief of Defence Staff; e) the Commanders of the Armed Forces (Army, Navy and Air Force) and their deputies; f) the Minister of the Interior; g) the Commissioner of Police and his deputy; and h) two other persons as the President shall appoint.
