Section 20, Environment Protection Agency Act, 2008

The activities of the Agency shall be financed by a fundconsisting of–
(a) moneys appropriated by Parliament for the
purposes of the Agency;
(b) monies generated by the Agency in the
course of its activities; and
(c) gifts or grants from donors.
