Section 21, Environment Protection Agency Act, 2008

(1) The Agency shall keep proper books of account andproper records in relation to the funds of the Agency and the books
of accounts and records shall be in such form as the Auditor-General
may approve.
(2) The books of account shall be audited by the Auditor-
General or an auditor appointed by him within three months after the
end of each financial year.
