Section 26, Environment Protection Agency Act, 2008

(1) An applicant shall, where a decision has been takenthat a project so requires, prepare and submit to the Agency an
environmental impact assessment in respect of the project.
(2) An environmental impact assessment shall contain
the information set out in the Third Schedule.
