The sum of ten trillion two hundred and twenty one billionfour hundred and thirty five million eight hundred and seventy five
thousand eight hundred Leones shall be and is hereby granted to
His Excellency the President for and during the year two thousand
and twenty-two to be applied and expended in the manner herein
described and for the several services set forth in the Schedule.
