The sum of ten trillion two hundred and twenty one billionfour hundred and thirty five million eight hundred and seventy five thousand eight hundred Leones referred to in section 2, shall be and is hereby declared to be charged upon and made payable from and out of the Consolidated Fund for the year two thousand and twentytwo and the payment thereof shall be taken to begin on and immediately after the first day of January, two thousand and twentytwo.
