The Accountant-General is hereby authorised and requiredto pay out of the Consolidated Fund for the several services specified in the Schedule, such sums as may be specified in the Warrant or Order of the Minister of Finance, issued from time to time up to the sum of ten trillion two hundred and twenty one billion four hundred and thirty five million eight hundred and seventy five thousand eight hundred Leones which shall come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of December, two thousand and twenty-two.
