Section 14, The Employment Act, 2023

(1) A complaint of infringement of the rights andprotections under this Act may be referred to the High Court. (2) Where the High Court finds that a complaint referred to it under subsection (1) is well founded, it shall make such order as it may deem fit to secure compliance with this Act, including an order for the restoration to him of any benefit or advantage and for the payment of compensation or a fine.
