Academy shall have powers, to– (a) obtain accreditation from the National Council for Technical Vocational and Other Academic Awards in respect of certificates and diplomas and other awards granted by the Academy; (b) deny or revoke any diplomas or certificates or other awards granted or conferred on grounds of dishonesty or dishonourable conduct; 8 9 Functions of the Academy.
