Section 43, The Industrial Relations and Trade Union Act, 2024

(1) The Registrar shall not register a trade union oremployers organisation unless he is satisfied that- (a) the applicant has been duly authorised to apply for registration under subsection (1) of section 42; (b) the purposes of the trade union or employers' organisation are not unlawful; and (c) section 47 has been complied with; 34 35 Registration of trade union or employers' organisations.
