Section 45, The Industrial Relations and Trade Union Act, 2024

A person aggrieved by the refusal of the Registrar toregister a union or organisation may, within 30 days from the day of
notification of the refusal, appeal to the Industrial Court whose
decision shall be final and the Industrial Court may make any direction
as to the costs of the appeal as it thinks it just.
