Section 50, The Industrial Relations and Trade Union Act, 2024

Any 2 or more registered trade unions or employersorganisation may amalgamate, subject to -
(a) approval, in writing, by the Registrar;
(b) the constitution of the trade unions or
Employers organisation; and
(c) the payment of such fees as prescribed in
the First Schedule.
