Section 60, The Industrial Relations and Trade Union Act, 2024

(1) A trade unions or employers' organisations shallfurnish the Registrar the calendar of their delegate conference, 6 months before the expiration of the term of office of the current executive. (2) A trade union or employers' organisation, who fails to comply, after 3 months' written notice to do so by the Registrar, is liable on conviction to a fine of not less than 20 months of the national minimum wage. (3) An executive who continues in office after expiration of his term of office, except on force majeure, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not less than 20 months of the national minimum wage.
