Section 26, 62 of the Environmental Protection Act, 2008, the Board hereby makes

(1) The holder of a mineral right shall prepare an Annual Social Report in accordance with Section 134 of the Mines and Minerals Act 2009 and shall widely disseminate the report amongst the local community and submit copies of the same to the Minerals Advisory Board and the Board. (2) The authors of the Annual Social Report prepared and disseminated by the holder of the mineral right under regulation (1) shall not subsequently be engaged in any form of independent auditing relating to the same licence area.
