Section 25, 62 of the Environmental Protection Act, 2008, the Board hereby makes

(1) The holder of a mineral right shall prepare an Annual Environmental Report in accordance with Section 134 of the Mines and Minerals Act 2009 and submit this report for monitoring purposes simultaneously to the Director of Mines and the Board (2) The authors of the Annual Environmental Report prepared and submitted by the holder of the mineral right under regulation (1) shall not subsequently be engaged in any form of independent auditing relating to the same licence area
