Section 50, 62 of the Environmental Protection Act, 2008, the Board hereby makes

(1) The Board shall establish standards for other effluentand emission parameters as it may deem necessary and shall review such standards annually to incorporate any new effluents, emissions or measurement criteria. (2) The holder of a mineral right shall technically demonstrate to the Executive Chairman or Authorised Officer that effluent discharges and emissions from operations for parameters not yet regulated by these Regulations, do not cause negative effects to public health, safety and the environment.
