Section 69, 62 of the Environmental Protection Act, 2008, the Board hereby makes

(1) An environmental licence shall be valid for twelvemonths from the date of issue or for such period as the Board may determine and in accordance with paragraph (c) of section 30 of the Act. (2) The period specified in an environmental licence may be renewed by the Board, upon application by the licensee, for such further period as the Board shall determine and in accordance with section 31 of the Act.
