Section 68, 62 of the Environmental Protection Act, 2008, the Board hereby makes

(1) An environmental licence granted by the Board underthe Act shall entitle the licensee to initiate or continue with the application process for a mining right or permit. . (2) Where an application for an environmental licence is rejected by the Board, the mining right or permit application shall be deemed to be incomplete and not compliant with mineral right licensing requirements.
