Section 12, Sierra Leone Electricity and Water Regulatory Commission Act 2011,

(1) A licensee whose network is connected to the permitholder's facilities shall ensure that the captive generation plant and associated facilities are compatible with the licensee's network. (2) For the purposes of this rule a licensee means a person issued with a licence by the Commission to undertake an activity specified under the Act or statutory instruments made under the Act.
