Section 15: The holder of a manufacturing certificate shall ensure that –

(a) the material and equipment produced meet the Sierra Leone or approved international standard; (b) it employs competent personnel of the requisite qualification for the type of material and equipment produced and nature of processes undertaken; Inspector's Certification. (c) there are adequate facilities for the storage of material and equipment for undertaking the business; (d) sound environmental principles are observed during its operations; and (e) the manufacturing is undertaken with due regard to health and safety of the workmen and the public.
