Section 16, Materials and Equipments) Rules 2019

(1) The holder of an electrical importer's certificate shallensure that -
(a) the goods and material imported meet the Sierra
Leone or approved international standards; and
(b) an adequate requirement of qualified personnel
and facilities are employed in his business.
