Section 30, The Breast-Milk Substitutes Act, 2021

When a person guilty of an offence under this Act isa corporation, company, partnership, firm or other association, every
director, partner and owners of the corporation, company,
partnership, firm or other association, shall also be liable for that
offence unless he proves that the offence was committed without
his knowledge or consent.
