Section 31, The Breast-Milk Substitutes Act, 2021

(1) The Minister may, by statutory instrument makeregulations for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) Notwithstanding the generality of subsection (1) the Minister may make regulations to prescribe - (a) conditions and procedures for the registration of designated product; (b) qualifications and powers of and procedures for Inspectors appointed pursuant to this Act; and (c) procedures for submitting educational or informational materials to the Committee. 36 37 Liability of directors, partners and owners.
