Subject to this Act, where an office-holder referred to inthis Part, except the President and Vice-President, dies before receiving
a gratuity, it shall be paid to his widow, dependent child or relative, if
any, in such proportion as the Minister of Finance may, on the
recommendation of the Committee determine.
